I’ll send through a proper debrief from the event but I just wanted to say how amazing the whole team were yesterday. Every member of staff greeted our team and attendees with a smile, and we were made to feel immediately welcome. I know there were quite a few last-minute requests and Eunice and the team were so accommodating for that, so thank you.

A massive thank you as well to James, who was brilliant from start to finish, helping with more last-minute requests and changes, and working so well with our Events Team and all of our speakers. The smooth running of the AV ensured the event was very well received so thank you for that – and I’ll make sure next time my speaker briefs are a bit more detailed!

Thank you to you and all the staff at the VSC for a splendid dinner for the NGLOs. The setting, food and service were excellent and everyone enjoyed the evening. We did thank the serving staff on the evening, but I know there are many involved. And, also, we were aware that you had a huge event at the other end of the building, but our small group was well looked after.

The VSC continues to impress.

Thank you for the arrangements for our lunch yesterday.

The food was first class and I would be grateful if you would pass on our comments and thanks to the chef. Everybody commented very favorably on the quality of the lunch and the portion sizes were perfect. The service was polite and efficient.

Finally, several people spoke about the warm, polite and friendly attitude of all the staff. This was particularly commented upon by a “first timer” who said that it gave a wonderful warm and welcoming feeling from the moment they stepped into the VSC.

May I take this opportunity to thank you, and the staff of the VSC, for your continued support to the LFB Retired Members Association in making our AGM and Reunion a success yesterday. Staff are always on hand to help with any problem that may arise, and to escort our elderly members to the bar and to their seats.

Pass on my thanks to the Chef and all the catering staff who once again served us with a splendid meal and to the doorman, who was also more than helpful towards our members.

Please pass on our compliments to everyone involved in the event last night. The staff were absolutely lovely, and we received many positive comments about the quality of the food. We’ll be keeping the VSC at the top of our venue list for future events!

May I thank you and the team very much for an exceptional lunch. The lunch seems to be going from strength to strength and with your support and willingness to ensure that the organisation of it is seamless, it has turned into a highly regarded event. As we come to expect of you, the food and service were exemplary.
