The Victory Services Club (VSC) is proud to announce that we have been shortlisted as a finalist in the ‘Excellence in Wellbeing’ category at this year’s HR in Hospitality Awards.
This recognition reflects our ongoing commitment to creating a compassionate, inclusive and supportive environment for our 140 staff. At the VSC, wellbeing isn’t a policy—it’s a lived culture. Our holistic, needs-led wellbeing strategy is rooted in the four pillars of mental, physical, emotional and financial wellbeing. From Mental Health First Aiders and counselling services to menopause support, fitness sessions, flexible working and financial coaching, we’ve embedded staff wellbeing into every part of our operations.
The initiative is shaped by staff feedback and championed across departments by a team of passionate Wellbeing and Inclusion Champions.
Mark Field, General Manager of the VSC, said: “This nomination means so much because it recognises the culture we’ve worked hard to build—where people feel seen, supported and able to thrive. We know that if we take care of our staff, they’ll take care of our members, and this ethos runs through everything we do.”
The HR in Hospitality Awards take place in September, good luck to all the other finalists.
